Our coffee is inspired by Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage, while our menu brings a modern approach to familiar favorites and international café classics.
Every cup, plate, and detail is prepared with care because we believe that quality is not only about what we serve — it is about the entire experience.
The shop grew out of a family ritual: the coffee ceremony our grandmother held each morning, green beans roasting over charcoal while a pot of stew murmured on the stove. That slow, generous rhythm is the whole of what we do.
We roast beans in the back in tiny batches, pull loaves from the oven after their long overnight rise, and leave the butter blocks out to soften. Nothing hurried — just bread, coffee, and the small pleasure of a table someone saved for you.
Flour on the floor, steam off the kettle, the first loaf out at seven.
We’re on the corner of Atlas traffic light. Big windows, deep chairs, and a seat that’s almost always free by the window.

The cardamom bun ruined every other bakery for me. I come in for one and leave with a loaf, a latte, and no regrets.— Maya K.
The buna ceremony is the closest thing to my grandmother’s kitchen I’ve found in this city. Sit through all three rounds — trust me.— Samuel T.
I finished half my book at that window seat. It feels less like a café and more like a friend’s kitchen.— Lena H.
